SportEx is a cutting-edge sports platform designed to cater to cricket enthusiasts who seek real-time updates, live scorecards, and in-depth commentary without any delays or interruptions. Initially focused on cricket, SportEx aims to expand into other sports such as football and soccer in the future. The platform also integrates features like betting, team creation, and expert advice for strategic gameplay, making it an all-in-one solution for sports lovers.
The app’s core mission is to ensure that users get the fastest and most accurate updates on cricket matches, empowering them with information and interactive features that enhance their experience.

Lag in Live Updates: Most existing platforms fail to provide real-time updates without lags or delays, leaving users frustrated, especially during crucial moments in a match.
Fragmented User Experience: Current apps often have cluttered interfaces, making it challenging for users to switch between updates, commentary, and betting features.
Limited Expert Insights: Users looking for betting tips or strategies lack access to reliable sources within the same app, forcing them to rely on external tools or services.
These challenges highlighted the need for a platform that delivers instant, seamless, and comprehensive cricket updates while integrating betting and expert advice in a single space.
Crafting a User-Centered Approach
We kicked off the project by conducting user research and identifying pain points. The feedback revealed that users struggled with navigation and found the interface overwhelming.
Restructuring the Information Architecture
I collaborated closely with the product team to overhaul the navigation. We grouped features into more intuitive categories and introduced a sidebar for quick access to frequently used tools.
Redesigned the dashboard to display key metrics upfront
